New in-game currency conversion feature

Hello,

I would like to propose a new feature on the game. Indeed I have all the heirloom available to date and 150 fragments that are therefore strictly useless to me. I am concient that there is only a minority of the players who are concerned. It would be nice if we could convert our fragements into raw materials or Apex parts.
