- @George_25_ch As someone who plays crypto a lot, I think he's a character that excels extremely well in one area but is deficient in another; in this case it'd be excels in defensive recon and third party, poor in attacking, especially in open areas.
I think one of the main reasons I don't see him in ranked too often (even though he's good in ranked) is because in order to rank up, you need to get kill points, which crypto doesn't do well with. He gets assist points but the lack of reliable offense capability makes it hard to secure the kills.
In addition, I'm rarely in a champion team where a teammate needs a quick rescue with a drone; Crypto's a safety net, but not a necessity.- @Adendon A nice buff would also be 50% cool down when drone is destroyed and 50 more drone hp. Might not change what you said but he will be more appealing
The fact that you need your drone out to ult is dumb. I get why it's there but I just had a team push me out of nowhere and having to pull a drone out, move it, emp just doesn't work. It got DESTROYED before the emp went off so it was completely useless. Meanwhile I'm standing still not able to do anything. What other legend is like this?
You should be able to emp regardless if you have your drone out. Also your emp shouldn't damage you. There so many common sense things to buff with crypto but the dev team is beyond stupid. Gibby has been broken for over a year meanwhile crypto has never been good
