Not able to play on main. Account-specific issue for players

There is an issue affecting hundreds of accounts at the moment which makes players not be able to leave the menu screen. When I press continue it sends me to the black loading screen with the apex symbol on the bottom right corner then takes me back to the menu you a code: net error message . Apparently the issue is fixed on Origin but players like myself are on console and are experiencing the same issue. I am playing on my Xbox One. As of now, the only workaround is to play on another account or make a secondary if you don't have one. There are some players that haven't been able to play since before the new season started. I have put over 3,000 hours into Apex and hundreds of dollars to be ignored by technical support for a game-breaking issue. EA or Respawn, whoever is responsible, isn't addressing this issue with enough care.

    They are aware of this issue and is being addressed on the Dev Tracker.
    They have stated on Reddit / dev tracker that they are trying to fix the issue and even better we found we workaround! 
    Could you maybe try the following steps, these should you get back into the game.
    Apex won't get past the "continue" screen

    @ABigBadWOLF24 I had an issue earlier where I was stuck on the loading screen and it just kept showing the loading symbol constantly and would never let me into the lobby, what I did to fix it was to verify the files and it seems to have fixed the problem if its similar to yours

    @Zeelmaekers I've seen the workaround but it doesn't make sense tbh. I tried to understand it and follow the instructions but it just didn't work for me on Xbox. I'm sure I messed up a step because I was so confused.

    @TheApexLegendNub Hello, the thing about this is that I'm on Xbox and I don't think there's much else I can do in terms of solving the issue on my own if it's not involving my internet connection.
