@PJBurrows1991 Tom Casiello described Octane as 'bright' not smart. He is intelligent about what he loves and the things he doesn't love he doesn't care about. Octane is a little spoiled. He has never worked for anything in his life and never had to earn anything('he still be stinkin rich'). So I think Octane hates being slowed by helping his teammates so he do it a little faster to run fast, hit fast, win fast
