Octane new ult idea??

So... I love Octane, but his ultimate is useless 75% of the time.  I just had an idea, and think it would be pretty cool - What if Octane’s ult was a dart you could shoot to slow down the enemy for 2 or 3 seconds (like they move in slomo while Octane is fast).  Just a thought.  Don’t know if that’s to OP!

    @enigmAudio His ult is pretty good for rushing or moving quickly. Quick tip, jumping at the same time as using the pad will get you that extra height.

    or what if he went as fast as his stim during his ult but it lasted longer and he would go invisible/blurry. Bloodhound's ult is just a better version of his tactical so i think this could make sense.
