The perfect fix would be to remove the health cost,, have it as it is now, and when stim ends it starts recharging on a 10 sec cooldown.
@GAcc_SoundRise I'd increase the health cost tbh, see if that changes the way people play him. then maybe extend the time between stim usage. and make ult go farther again. that would add risk reward feature right?
