Option to disable weapon auto swap

I been in situations where I run out of ammo and it auto swaps to my second gun. Now, the issue with this is that I manually switch my weapon when I run out. When I do this, I end up switching back to the gun with zero ammo and then I die.

I want a option to disables this from happening as I rather manually switch my weapon if something like this happens. 

In my case, I ran out of light ammo because it was early game match and I dropped and fought 6 people. On my 4th knock down is where I ran out of light ammo and it switched to my devotion which indeed had energy ammo left. However, when it happened when I was fighting the 5th guy and I ended up switching back to the zero ammo weapon. I get eliminated due to this. I would have won with my devotion because I was basically full health and the enemy have zero cover to escape from a devotion. However, I wasn't able to shoot him due to the auto switch and my mind mentally switching to the devotion but did the opposite.
