First off whats your source on weapon usage?
Second there is no damage fall off in a sense it drops damage directly, you just cant headshot from certain distance.
Scout is a great sniper for those that want to snipe but need a little forgiveness. Yes it doesn't deal dmg like wingman but wm cant headshot after some meters while scout still can + it has much better scope for it. Bullet drop is there to stop it being a reliable beast for pros to rip your * on distance.
P2020 is just trash loot weapon so that you dont have top tier weapons everywhere

I am aware polls aren't the best way to measure a game but, it is the most we have right now. It does give a view in to the player base
Ok. The Bullet Drop change doesn't have to be much. It can be just enough to actually use for the scenarios it was designed for. If I can't get the Bullet Drop, I would be happy to get a removal of the Muzzle Flash, or more damage to enemies with no shields
The P2020 doesn't have to be trash though is what I am saying. Give it a special mod that lets it do health damage. Only a Pro would be able to pull it off given that it is in the damage range of a Peacekeeper anyways
