Party chat issues
Teammates can’t hear me in game audio, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. I’ve checked settings everything is fine…. I need this fixed asap !

There's a thread in the bugs section on this problem that's been going on since the Nexgen update like 4 months ago. Everyone's pretty livid about it in that thread.
The work around currently is to start humming before you talk, or to leave a fan on in the background loud enough to keep the mic connection open.
