I think a very useful addition to pathfinder grapple would be if you could press a button mid-grapple that locks that length and stops you from rushing toward the grapple point, so you could do things like swing across spaces, or maybe hang from a ceiling awaiting a target. Stuff like that.
Like if you're on xbox and press LB, then pressing LT would stop the rip if you so choose. Thoughts?
Might be nice, if you can drop down early with the DUCK button just like on ziplines. Not sure if that's already the case?
Anyways, what bothers me more about the grapling hook is the range. It's kinda short for an ability concering mobility. Not very mobile if it only lets you move 2 meters.
The range of the grapling hook should be almost doubled in my opinion.
Another thing what bothers me about Pathfinder is his passive. The beacons seem to sometime dissapear? Don't know why this is. Would be nice if there would be a bit more beacons overall as well. Like right now there are only like 6? around the entire map, it's not enough in my opinion
If they make the beacon passive a bit better and the grappling hook range better, Pathfinder could be B to A tier, now he's C to B tier depending on the enviroment (again, in MY opinion).
