[PC] Remove the delay on accessing Data Center or let me set a preferred server.

Suggestion: Either remove the arbitrary delay on accessing Data Center or let me permanently set a preferred database to connect to.

The game defaults me to Frankfurt, because it's technically the closes one, but let me tell you one thing.

It's completely freaking unplayable.

Whenever I'm connected to Frankfurt databases, it feels as if everything was in slow motion due to lag/packet loss.

Amsterdam? No problems there. Belgium servers? No problem there either. London? None there.

Frankfurt? May as well unplug my Ethernet cable.

Thus I'm either forced to suffer connecting to the trash infrastructure of Frankfurt or wait 2 minutes every, single time I start the game to switch the server.
