Peacekeeper Fixes

I win fights against peacekeepers 90% of the time when I'm using autorifles. As long as your accuracy is decent you should have no problem. My advice, if you run into a PK try and put a little distance between you and him and aim for the head. The only fix the PK needs in my opinion is consistency in damage output. Sometimes I hit for 10 with a fully charged choke which makes no sense to me. The spread has been tightened yet somehow I still don't fully connect.
