Playing Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch

I started playing Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch 5 months ago and for me the season 13 is nearly unplayable: 

Legends abilities are not working every time. 

While training in shooting range weapons have another recoil as in the game.

And the movement works better in shooting range too.

Matchmaking is unfair:

Most of the time I get matched with players they are way better then me. How should I improve, when I get un-kill-able enemies ? 
That‘s no fun at all. 

Don‘t get me wrong, I am not frustrated because 

I am not good in the game: 

Yesterday a friend showed me Apex on Playstation. I played with exakt the same settings. (No ProController)and this was sooooo much better. Movement, weapons control and I made that much damage. It was so much fun. 

Why is Apex Legends on Switch available, when its not working properly?  

I will not buy a PS to have fun with your game. 
This should work on Nintendo Switch too.
