Please add the mobility perk to the P2020 as the new R99

The new R-99 on the drop has this great concept where you have no penalty with it on the hands. I think this feature should be added to the P2020.

I believe the mobility added to the P2020 will actually make a difference between the two akimbo sets and of course is an attractive feature to movement players.
