Too many sensitivity options will give mouse & keyboard cheaters a bigger advantage. I know Bungie keep their sensitivity options simplistic to combat M&K cheaters. Respawn are probably going with the same approach. I play default on console and find aiming smooth and responsive on a regular DS4.

But is it fair to negate those options to millions of players, just so you can combat a couple thousand that use MK adapters? And compared to BF5 (the game with the best controller options in my opinion) for example, Apex simply feels worse, objectively speaking there's simply less options, precisely in the places where there should be more of them, and i'm not asking for every option BF5 has to be included, i'm simply asking for 3 points that should've been available from the start. If the aiming feels off, that can easily ruin your enjoyment of the entire game, that's not a place where simplification should exist, and corners shouldn't be cut there. And compared to other games, the deadzones and sensitivity of Apex aren't atrociously bad (i played around the testing area for around 1H, and because there's no AA there, the aiming felt pretty alright, although not perfect because of the points i've already mentioned), the issue for me comes with the aim assist, which can't be turned off. Not everyone enjoy playing with aim assist (and i can actually perform a LOT better without it, in every game i play), and the option to turn it off is standard in 99% of shooters on console, and the fact that option isn't available on Apex single handedly makes me not want to play it.
