Please fix Gibby glitch

I’m really annoyed right now. I alive with my other teammate and I was was Gibby and she was Bangalore. We had third parties and I was about to die. So she put down some smoke. I was still getting hit so I threw down my tactical in the smoke. Then I huge problem occurred. It said I threw it down, but nothing happened it was saying I threw it down and it was active, but nothing happened. We died because both of us we unable to put heals on.

    @BBY_YOD4 Perhaps this is something I'll try and duplicate too. I'll try and throw Gibraltar's Dome Shield in various places -and during different scenarios. See if I experience somethin' similar.
