Is it possible to support a report for someone violating EA terms & conditions via voice chat? I have reviewed the FAQ on the EA site and it doesn't seem like there's a way to do it. I'm hoping someone here is aware of whether there's a way to do so [Links removed - Admin.]. Thanks!
I dont know if its true but I heard a rumor that EA, Blizzard, Activision and more are working on some kind of shared anti-toxicity AI detection system which will ban toxicity also on voice chat and also flag toxic behavior. According to the rumor, it is planned to be launched next year. If its true, its probably for the better but I am a bit worried about an automatic detection system for certain behavior. Feels a bit unsecure to make certain behavior illegal and bannable in my option
If you have recorded the match including the voice comes you can submit the video via EA help.
Alternatively you can turn on voice to text in game and it will capture the audio and display as text (not perfect though) and then you can report in game.
Just be aware that your voice coms will be converted to text for others.
Haha why didnt I know about this feature until now? I will get SOOOOO many toxic premade duos banned now =)

Btw, the chat-to-text feature is either not working all, or perhaps super lenient to avoid false bans. A guy literally said F-word you, you R-word. I assume that it was the F-word because it was starred out but the R-word was intact and correctly translated to text. I reported and just got the confirmation mail that no actions were taken....
