And what would prevent cheaters to just make a new account for a free game anyway instead of paying for their old account back?

I think the solution to this is just to accept that easy anticheat has never worked in any game up to date, they should consider battleye.

Maybe easy anticheat together with battleye like rainbow 6 does.
