Potential Revenant Buffs (Suggestions)

Just a list of potential revenant buffs that have crossed my mind or been discussed around. This is not a suggestion that he receives ALL these buffs but that some of them COULD be good for his build...

@Monhulio for the cling to walls one, maybe it should be he can shoot but only hipfire, just to balance.
