Since you have random players joining 3 members team ,and happen to me having all kind of players (bad,funny,lamer,team and non team player,etc,etc)
Can you do profile gamer 10 question quiz ,and when im playing i will know that players i will get in my squad will be equal to my gaming style.
I like very much play apex ,but sometimes i just quit and go play another game because i have a bad team over and over and over again

Community ManagerWe are not aware of any plans to implement a questionnaire or Apex Legends profile for matchmaking. There are many type of Apex Legends players out there. Some just want to jump in and have a fun time exploring, laugh with friends, try new things out, and don't necessarily care too much if they are the last squad standing. There are others that want to win every game, so having a "bad team" every game can be subjective.
If you're always queuing up with random players, I'd recommend taking a look at the Find a Squad boards where players are post discords, PSN IDs, and Gamertags that you can join to fit your type of playstyle.
There's also the official Apex Legends subreddit and other resources like Xbox's "Looking for Group" feature if you need help in finding some others to party up. We appreciate your feedback on this though and hope what I said above helps make your time in Kings Canyon more enjoyable.
