[PS] Let us unbind R3 button

It's still the issue for several players when we punching air accidentally. Please let us not swap buttons but unbind them. In early patch I swapped melee with special character action and it worked ...

@RusTechI think its an issue with the design of a playstation controller because ever since I started playing with an xbox one controller on pc I never have that problem anymore
