Quality of life - add ability for adjusting dead zone on left stick

@Kuroboshi25I seem to have to get a new controller every few months despite never dropping it or being extra rough with it, I noticed dust and sometimes pet hair may get into it overtime if its constantly getting held forward for an example to run nonstop in apex but if you rotate it, then click and rotate it, then push forward and blow into it, push right and blow into the gap, etc all the way around it and just keep rotating and clicking it seems to clear away most of the stuff obstructing it without having to take it apart so far this trick has been working for me I found it online somewhere I also put a vacuum on it every now and then because I was being smart as a joke and sucked in and got a mouthful of pet hair XD
