Quitters rant
Anyone else tired of stupid randoms on their team that go off on their own die and quit or teammates that as soon as their down they leave even though you killed the people that killed them
Its so upsetting

skill based match making could help there.. just saying...
This afternoon, level 8 jumpmaster. Suggests location, i tell him not a good idea because a ton of enemies have already jumped there. I am level 55 very good at this game. Ignores my advice and lands us there anyways. First building i enter i see enemies, quickly sneak out run go to the location i had suggested loot high tier loot, weapons, kill there 3 squads SOLO (got lucky and thid partied the first two and later trapped the third in squad in a room). I see on chat my teamates shooting, they are at the first location that we had droped (5 minutes into the game still at the first spot with 0 armor both of them) one gets downed, rush there, manage to kill another squad, now i have 10 hp and no armor regen and the downed teamate is dead. Move out of location and leave the one downed dude to be picked up (the tab) by the third dude (the jumpmaster) who is still there looting and somehow still does not have chest armor (10 minutes into the * game)... Of course the dude calls me a noob because i did not pick the tab of the fallen teamate and because i am at a different area trying pick up healthpacks and armor packs to regen. So he continues to flame me, picks up tab quits the game and 10 seconds later the other dude quit too.
Just goes to show what type of people play this game. The type of people that have literally 0 clue how FPS games work and how BR games work... So yeah i am also tired of people like that. /rant off.
No it won't because then you will have throwers and toxic kids doing that.
I leave when my team is toxic or if they don't speak, also if I see that there is no teamwork happening. A lot of people complain that people leave, when they flame the people that left and wonder why.
no mic is fine for me teamwork is important pings are important but if mt team mate goes down and I right there they going leave or if he land by himseld and dies i running to him and he leaves it makes it unfun
Quitters don't bother me at all, I enjoy the game solo or in a team. What bugs me is when you go out of you way to pick up the teammate tags and almost getting to a respawn point when they drop lol
I'd suggest to not forget to look inwards. People can quit if they don't like playing with you. For whatever reasons they may have. Personally I find it hard to bear people that play the game as just a gambling-infused deathmatch and instantly run towards any shots they hear or just rush center for no good reason. These times I may quit without even getting downed and I don't think there needs to be any drama about it. Their mindless recklessness hurts their chances way more than loosing a player, they are clearly not playing to win anyway and who am I to tell them how to play. Also, if one guy goes solo from the start I consider it completely appropriate for both other players to call him a c*** and requeue right away.
As for respawns, it's always weird when people thank me after I respawn them. It's the other way around! When a random player opts to wait for you to get their banner and respawn him and then go through re-gearing in the middle of a game when half the map is all looted he is doing you a solid. For him to do that he generally needs to like you at least a little. You can't make everyone like you, but there are some things that are relatively universal and will help getting others to want to stick around:
TLDR: Quitting is not necessarily bad, sometimes people just don't fit together, other times they may not like you enough to wait for a respawn. Be humble, be nice, use the ping system well and more people will want to stick around with you.
Oh yes I have to append the list above with one more point. It should be obvious, but somehow it appears to be a rather common occurrence (and I recall myself being guilty of it, guess because looting is such an instinct):
If a respawn beacon is close, don't loot the bloody chests for an eternity before going for it. Respawn first. Like, looting forever is generally an awful idea, but when doing it next to a beacon you look like the worst kind of a greedy as*hole, and a stupid one at that because you're delaying your whole team from getting back to full strength and ready to move (not to mention risking people quit and requeue instead of watching you loot). Just pickup a refilled armour and meds if you need to and go straight for the respawn. If there's only 1 player to respawn then the third one should already be on watch looking around by the time you 2 get to looting.
well there is one thing you could try. I know this might sound totally insane but.....maybe you could add people to your friends list that don't do those things. like you play a game and everyone sticks together and does reasonably well and then you type their name into origin and add them to your friends list. then you could like invite them to a party and have fun
