Rampart and Bangalore buffs

Ramparts LMG reload and capacity size makes no sense, and I have an idea to buff her and Bangalore

Rampart should have a larger mag size for every weapon instead of just the LMGs and the mini gun

Bangalore should have faster reloads for every gun because of her knowledge of the guns and her military background

    @JaxInTheBox81 I think Bangalore doesn’t necessarily need buffed however I think she should be a marksman expert because a G7 scout is her favorite weapon

    I think Rampart is fine with being a LMG expert, especially since they are adding a LMG that uses light ammo in season 10 (Im assuming based off of leaks)
