Rampart and Bangalore buffs
Ramparts LMG reload and capacity size makes no sense, and I have an idea to buff her and Bangalore Rampart should have a larger mag size for every weapon instead of just the LMGs and the mini gun B...

@JaxInTheBox81 I think Bangalore doesn’t necessarily need buffed however I think she should be a marksman expert because a G7 scout is her favorite weapon
I think Rampart is fine with being a LMG expert, especially since they are adding a LMG that uses light ammo in season 10 (Im assuming based off of leaks)
