Rampart's amped cover placement

For the love of god please fix the placememt for the amped covers, everytime i think im able to place a cover because it isn't red costs me time and gets me killed in fighting situations

    @xAdvized You mean because there's random clutter or the terrain is too bumpy? xD It is ridiculous. Happens with Watsons fences as well.
