Ranked system broken diamonds should not be playing against preds

I strongly agree with the claim that Predator and Diamond players should not be placed in the same match. If players are not matched within their own rank, then there is no point in playing the rank system.

While increasing the overall player population may be difficult, I believe that we can secure the existing player pool by creating a situation where some inactive accounts (smurf?) are forced to play.
