We apologize for the inconvenience. For us to inform you that you can't use the competitive mode in APEX.  The THX competitive mode is not compatible with the game because the game has the capability to block the competitive mode. The game has its own sound profile.
 We would like to inform you, As we forward the video to our higher level they validate as this is normally not set to competitive mode, as FPS games have a default sound profile. Because of that, they
use for competitive purposes only where all players will hear the same sound on the games regardless of the headset. We recommend you to contact a game developer for your needs.


I am using the BlackSharkV2 from RAZER.
I would like to play in THX competition mode.
