I feel for you and fully understand what you are going through here.
Your post is fantastic and spot on and reflects a lot of my own thoughts on the new ranking system.
I really do hope they tweak it because it is to harsh now. I have posted a thread about this with suggestions and hope it gets some traction (see link).
