Purchasing Accounts or getting boosted to X level is against EA Terms of Service what could be the reason behind the account ban.
If you are the owner of the account, an email will be sent to that account with more details about this ban.

If you feel this ban has been applied incorrectly, you'll have to reach out to the Terms of Service team as @MichaelDK said.
They try to reply within 10 business days but this could take longer due to the current security measures being put in place.
