Dunno if you've ever heard of freedom of speech? I have the right to say whatever I want to whoever I want on whatever platform I want, I have the God given right to be as toxic as I want a company has no right to take my money and ban me from a game with no warning I get a lifetime ban for saying "get off the game"? To a guy that games about aswell as I can hold my language it's beyond a joke if you're going to ban someone for saying words they deserve a full refund like I said I'm in a simulation were I'm killing people but I can't swear? Get real. What world do you live in? Maybe everybody at ea should think about growing a pair because I'm pretty sure 75% of people swear on this bugged dodgy game I don't care enough to appeal it ea and respawn have just lost a customer forever I will go out of my way to discourage people from using ea and respawn products, cheers

I don't think you understand how ridiculous it is to ban someone for talking trash I can't even get a game on my home server I have to play on 150+ ping and wait 5 minutes in a lobby for a game the games on its last legs and ea thinks it's a good idea to ban people for trash talk? If you're going to get on a competitive game were people get emotional and think you're not going to run into someone that gets angry and express it by talking trash you're delusional like I said eat a cup of concrete, I can go on cod and say every word ever created and ea wants to ban me for saying "get off the game" goodluck

What age rating is Apex Legends? Apex has a PEGI rating of 16. PEGI have said this is because it 'features sustained depictions of violence towards human characters and moderate violence. Not appropriate for persons below 16 years of age. 

So ea and respawn think it's ok to be violent you just can't cuss while you do it?

Telling someone they're bad at a game or to get off a game isn't harassment, how can I harass someone when they have the option to mute me? Also there's better ways to deal with it. For starters how's about a warning???????????? Secondly how about mute my mic or something? Again banning someone for trash talk is the stupidest thing a gaming company could do, you've just cut off any potential investment from me in all future games from both companies, very good business move

But, and a very big but... I agree with freedom of speech and you have the freedom to insult, just as they have the freedom to be insulted, ignore or mute. Games usually have a filter to block such things but as you said there is an age rating of PEGI 16 because of violence and even recently they posted to p.i.s.s off on official twitter but AHQ would censor that as * which is a ''do as i say but not as i do'' double standard...

Someone complained recently for being banned saying an R word which was previously used as a medical term. No warning but an outright 7 day ban.. Now the problem is, at what point do you stop. If you stub your toe then you're bound to say f word, just as you might in game occasionally as we're human making mistakes and/or passionate, so to suspend or ban someone for this is overbearing moderation and sets a precedent for removing all forms of banter in the future. which would make gaming, especially for adults, pretty boring in case you say something which someone else is offended by. Which could literally be anything...

I think it's bs and more people need to speak out on this.

Edit: Just to clarify, if this was a game recommended for minors then that would be different for obvious reasons.
