Bro, you're forgetting... Apex Legends is set in the future. A place where beard and mask can live in harmony (due to incredible scientific advancements in beard and mask technology).

@Extremejinks Yeah, giant robots, time manipulation and interdimensional travel is cool and all,but beard/mask tech is the real good stuff.
