So if someone is really good they should be matched with all the cheaters?

Matchmaking players with a similar KDR is not a terrible idea in my opinion.
I do not have stats to back this up: maybe cheaters will have a KDR that is a good bit above even the best non-cheaters?

- What if the hacker purposely lower his kdr to advoid playing with another hackers?
- Most “hackers” are just really bad players and with the cheats they might just get to the same level as a really good player.
