Re: Do these look like the stats of a cheater to you ?

@34D6X69I just compared your stats with mine, and base on our stats alone, I can't tell you're "cheating", simply because I been playing since week 1, (and dying a lot since then lol), and you have stats that are around mine, close to, or the same. I don't know when you started playing the game, but even if you started 3 seasons ago, its not that hard to get good at the game and build up stats. Not to mention that I didn't have a PC that could properly run Apex in Season 1-2 and half way through Season 3, so my stat build up was delayed in all areas besides deaths... lol

The only thing I see is that it took me 12.3K games to get this far with my stats, but again, a lot of those games were spent during seasons where I kept crashing, my stats say I played 2.25K games in Season 2, 2.00K in Season 3, it doesn't say Season 1 as stats aren't "recorded". You have 5.34K total games.

12.3K (Lifetime) - 2.25K (S2) - 2.00K (S3) = 8.05K

(Going to say 1.00K for Season 1, because I know I played a lot but didn’t grind)

8.05K – 1.00K = 7.05K Games, when I break it down to the games where I was actually able to perform my best, its your 5.34K games V.S. my 7.05K games, and when looked at like this, it simply means that you are better than me. Which makes sense, considering you didn’t die as much as me, etc.

So, based off of this, why did EA / Respawn ban you? I seriously wish they provide proof to people who gets banned and not just say: “lol sorry!”

They banned me for "cheating" or "ToS violation" neither of which I've ever done. I've been playing legit since I started mainly in season 5. I even made a video where I show gameplay clips from the same day I was banned showing me getting rocked and no cheating software to be found but they probably didn't even look at it...

@34D6X69 I skipped around that video since I can't do anything about it, however you're actually aiming your guns, you're better than me at using the Wingman and Shotgun. Unlike what I been seeing actual cheaters do, (anti-recoil), I can tell your guns are actually bobbing like you're fighting the recoil, I been seeing cheaters have zero recoil (no bobbing of the gun), and they're still playing.

Its real stupid. You prob killed some Twitch Streamer who reported you because they got salty that they died to you, or you killed someone's friend and an army of kids mass-reported you.

Whatever happened, it clearly looks like a false ban and shouldn't have happened. I've been hearing of plently of people getting banned for playing legit because they got accused of cheating and EA Support doesn't wanna hear nothin about it, even if there's plenty of proof that the player was legit.

Meanwhile all the real hackers cheat in the game, mostly unpunished.

There was someone who was even DDOSing today, but they did so lightly to where everyone lagged for a few seconds, but since we didn't get forced out of the game, the "new system" respawn added didn't kick us all from ranked and gave loss forgiveness.

Its so frusterating having a fun game, and it gets treated like trash like this.

Whats even sadder is that EA & Respawn don't xcare

Listen there are all sorts of ways to scam the system that stats won't be a clear vision if they cheated or not. Bad players cheat all the time. Even if it's just once. It doesn't matter.

My most recent in game example that I myself experienced.

The other day while playing ranked. The 2 guys on my team jumped right to where they had another squad jump. They said it was "their friends" don't shoot. I said oh so cheating... They go oh no no. It was an accident.  As they proceeded to team with this other team to charge everyone as a group of 5. THAT'S CHEATING. People get banned for it.

Account sharing = BANNED if EA finds out. Stats won't flag this scenario either.

The dude most likely broke the rules. The odds they got it wrong is probably 1 out of 100. Is this the 1 out of 100 I highly doubt it. Most cheaters who get caught in sports don't come clean. They run to the media to say no the test must be faulty.

I've never account shared, and I never broke the rules or used any cheats. Ppl like you who assume that Respawn and EA's system is perfect are fooling yourselves. It's not, and if you were in my shoes you'd understand. Why would I spend hundreds of dollars and cheat on the same account ? And why would I try so hard to get my account back if I was actually a cheater when I could just make a new account and cheat on there ?

@AIItheRage Ehhh, they been playing since season 5, the chances of them getting banned 4 seasons later isn't really likely. Most gets banned around a season or so in.

@34D6X69 There are number of wrong bans, because of some work on the anti-cheat. I suggest reading the other topics in the forum to get more information what is going on.
  • Don't you think I've tried ? It's been 2 weeks since I was banned and I've done nothing but try

@34D6X69I'm currently spectating a streamer who isn't even streaming Apex right now, watching them use obvious aimbot and anti-recoil (they're snapping exactly to where people are before seeing them and their gun isn't showing any signs of recoil) its also a bit suspicous they're offline, if you're a streamer, you're streaming usually.

Yet the anti-cheat, and most likely the devs and whatnot doesn't care about this TTV or any TTV's for that matter, it only cares about false banning innocent players... I guess. I mean I know a TTV that got false banned, well they got hacked and the hacker played on their account and cleared their friends list, and EA refused to unban them, but then lifted the ban after 3 weeks. So, that's odd, speically after refusing and saying the ban was final. They also told him that "you submitted another ticket, so we're closing the case for good". He submitted another ticket because it was a week past their given ETA of a response.

I can only HOPE they liftt my ban. I want to play so bad. I have an alt account but not having all the characters unlocked PLUS all the rare skins that I paid money and grinded the battle passes for makes not not even wanna play...like it's so lame that some of the skins rly are pw2 on a few of the guns when it comes to the iron sights/visibility. I'm not tryna go thru all that nonsense again

@34D6X69 Wait.... you're able to play on another account?

If you are banned for cheating, that means you possibly got hacked as they hardware ID and IP ban you. Although people typcially bypass this restriction and play anyways, but a typcial innocent person isn't going to bypass something like that.

To check if this is the case, (if someone logged into your account), open the Origin application, click on "Origin" top left hand side, click "EA Account and Billing", (it will auto sign into your EA account info page, at least it should), Click on "Security", and scroll down to "Trusted Devices". (I don't know how to do this for Steam or Console accounts, but you can try to head to myaccount.ea.com and linking Steam or Console accounts to an EA account, if you haven't already, and you should be able to check using that EA account.)

You will see a list like:

Device Name - Location - Trusted Date

    Which will mean:

What Accessed the Account - From Where - On What Date

If you see a location that isn't where you logged in from, I would submit a ticket about that. Sure people can fake IPs and use VPNs, but its worth a try.

This should go to the page where it has where you can report a hacked account: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=apex-legends&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=hacked-account

If not, help.ea -> New Case -> Apex Legends -> (PC/Steam/Console Which ever one it is) -> Manage My Account -> Hacked Account -> Go through that process. This isn't a gareentee way to get unbanned, but its an action you can at least take.

Furthermore, if you don't have it enabled, enable 2 Factor Auth on your email, EA account, and any other accounts like Steam, Playstation, Xbox, etc. to avoid having an issue with getting your account hacked so easily (if it was), if this is already enabled, then the chances you got hacked are extreamly low, unless someone had access that you granted them or a family memeber or friend used your PC or system that was logged into the account. In this instance, it falls under "your responsibility", as "My brother hacked on my account", "It was my friend", isn't going to fly. Believe this also includes logging on a public computer.

    So essentially...

Can be reported as a hacked account:
    - Someone you don't know, didn't give login info to, or otherwise didn't let or are/were aware they signed into the account, includes if someone cracked or guessed the password, and might include if a site stole the password (usually fake sites), which is why you use different passwords per account.

Can't be reported as a hacked account:
    - Someone used your system and played on your account (Even if you knew it or not)
    - You stayed signed in on a public computer, like the libarary and it was accessed by another person (either if you knew it or not)
    - You gave a family member or friend access to your account

I'm just stating this part, incase you didn't know, or wanted to know.

@LaughingSharko I don't use any other account, as such @34D6X69 is not my account. Also, it doesn't make sense for me to build up two accounts to a high level and have high stats within the game. Typically, smurpfs are on low level accounts with little or no stats. I fail to see how you think we're the same person.
