Re: Does EA or Respawn actually do anything about cheaters

Nothing is really done to cheating, nothing substantial, because it's not in the companys best interest to do so. The people who cheat, are also big spenders (atleast according to an article I read, a correlation was found. Also, If you ban ppl permanently, they cant come back(cant buy from you then). Used to work in a game store, the money valve made from selling CS account was rediculus.  So nothing (really) is done because that would hurt the companys bottom line. However, maybe the connecting your account to a phoneplan will be a step in the right direction.
