@FaIIenAngeI777It depends on the angle your Mirage is flying: he has to be in a shallow attack angle, (I.e. closer to being parallel with the ground) rather than in a steep dive. 

If you are not jump master, separate from your team in the dive, pull up, and you can release your decoys.
