- The problem is that a PAD novice is strong enough to beat an opponent stronger than you, a mouse-keyboard player.
- @AimAssistischeat Aim assist is needed on controller due to the disadvantage controller players have, we have 2 sticks to control with our thumbs whereas a PC player has the option to use their entire arm, readjust the mouse and keyboard however they wish, the ability to add macros, a bunch of extra keys etc etc.
I do not think that aim assist will ever be taken out apex purely because it just has too much of a significant position within the game. It would just cause a lot of headaches for the dev team. - It's crazy how much that important aim compensates and allows you to chase your enemies all the time.
I've used PAD in the past for FPS on PS3, so I can understand the inconvenience!
But I was playing with AIM assist turned off at the time, so if you can get the PAD to work, it's a device that can move and aim quite well, though not as well as the keyboard and mouse!
Add to that the unequal and freakishly strong AIM assistants, and that's the problem.
I wouldn't be here if Aim Assist wasn't so powerful! Because playing a controller on a PC game especially when it gives you a major advantage over your opponents is wrong?
- @MoNosDirtyGaming On PC Controller shouldn't compete against M/K, controller is a bad input for FPS but even with that, they are dominating high tier ranks, if you play a single match on Diamond/predator lobbies on PC, half or even more are controller players, this is not funny anymore; every month console players switch to PC and keep playing with controller, removing aim assist will encourage controller players to learn m/k and not rely their aim on a built-in soft aimbot.
