Uninstalled Apex. When Will These Devs put Legitimacy at the Forefront

I'm getting the impression from the commentators that the latest iterations of these devices are undetectable. I'm also getting the impression that there is no competitive multiplayer game that isn't inundated with players using these devices, so leaving for some other greener pasture is probably just pie in the sky thinking. There are no more green pastures, at least not in gaming. Not sure what's left. Stay and haunt the bronze lobbies or donate my xbox to the local Goodwill. So sad.

I agree yet:

• Valorant = actually bans hackers I have reported and confirms it and I can track that via tracker.gg vs Apex allowing PROS! to use aimbot in ranked!
• CS = invented FACEIT, yes it is not perfect by far but still vs. Apex where there is ranked and ALGS and nothing in between as far as I know
• Overwatch = not the best example or actually the worst but at least have clear system where people can report voice and text trashtalk and people get instantly banned without appeal (been there done that) vs Apex where you can slur all the way, I guess some 3 seasons ago there was AI added that checks text chat for "key words" and actually ban you (temp ban)
• Smaller community games have given Admin / server rights to 3rd party server hosts who enforce live cheater monitoring

Respawn / EA is too big to hide and be unable to solve this or at least somehow battle this vs saying they basically struggle to develop the game and come up with new loot / cosmetics... it just does not align. Clearly situation of "don't want to" vs "can't".

Also part of the fact might ... just might be the situation where initially EA was not aware of pros / streamers hacking who now have cemented their legacy and image in the game and still hack but EA now can't do much about it without affecting their numbers in the books greatly. Aka if proper anti-cheat would be launched most pros started to have recoil and play more human like, no more 30+ kills per game.

Totally agree. Personally have played 1/4 of regular time in past 2 seasons, keeping game on my PC honestly just to see how much worse can it get in next months (probably not years) to come. My plan is to just log into the game with each patch especially if it addresses hacking or matchmaking and see how things have change if at all -> post my finding here. Like I did in infection rate check where Apex said 7-8% but in my 2 week experiment it was 75% :)

This "silence" from EA and Respawn on this topic says it all - time to get out of here.

Today or yesterday, #1 Pred was banned again (for XIM).

So Zeus video exposing idiot who said he plays with cheaters to maintain #1 Pred because he lost it before to the same system abusing other #1 DURING HIS LIVE STREAM actually does work :) I guess EA can't get around such a dumb f :D and let them continue playing. Cheating - fine. Talking that you are cheating - nah finally bannable.

Edited: nah EA still at its best, #1 pred from Xbox mentioned in ZEUS video still playing :) Cheating and playing with cheaters still fine :D

What scares me most is that these people only receive bans after streamers record something and it gets a lot of attention. If it weren't for this, these people would probably still be harassing legitimate players in every match.

It's scary to think how many players there are who use this crap and still play because there are no videos of them online.

To me via applying common sense this is clear = everyone who you see that is able to keep up with these lobbies where clearly hackers were dominating and still are, are using something as well. You can't outfrag aimbot our outsmart wallhack / radar given other players that are using are no total idiots.

Plus at this state seeing what #1 dude is doing or more so his teammates - they just melt you. By the looks it is not only 100% or close to that accuracy it might also be this some sort of bullet speed up / burst where for legit player it would almost take as much time as for them to kill you from 200 to 0 to just react, notice an enemy and start shooting.

How come people still think that Hiswattson, Hal, Mandie and many more are 100% legit while playing in these lobbies for years is just baffling to me. Especially after videos like Zeus where you see clear cheaters doing 1:1 the same thing above mentioned pros do = super game awareness, way above average / no recoil control, amazing aim, super fast flicks combined with 99 damage with PK almost always and list goes on and on.

I was a bit happy when I finished last season with a K/D of 2.55 (MnK, and only solo q). This season, it's much worse for me due to the number of cheaters I encounter in Wildcard and how the meta of the move has dominated the game (main Caustic).

I can't keep up with the move of Valk, Horizon, Sparrow, and many others anymore. One next to me is jumping like a monkey, another is flying side to side, and the third is rocking on his Q (horizon). It's crazy.

I'd love to jump on my barrel and fly around the map too (joke xD).

Laughing, jokingly, the meta of the move plus the cheating problem has significantly impacted my results this season. I'm playing less now, and with each passing week, I'm losing interest in Apex. I'd like to see an Apex that has much better anti-cheat protection, because right now it's a plague of low-level players with the pred aimbot (of course, most of them are cheaters, not smurfs). I've put in so many hours in the game that I can recognize skills, and I know when someone is cheating.
