Also, the forum Community Managers are unable to review your case(s), as that's up to the EA Support team, (in this situation).

@FerragamoTV Well, Thursday was Thanksgiving, so that might of delayed things a bit, and from what I understand, the EA TOS Team works on cases in the order those are received.

Judging by the number of ban-related threads on the forums, I would imagine the team is busy working on other cases.

The best you can do is to wait patiently. I've known players who had waited a month before being unbanned, (and that was after being hacked too).
