now instead of the shield pick ups you just revive without it which isn't the problem the problem is that why does my teammate instead of going for the kill come to revive me just so l can die i can'...

That buff to the care package is a sad excuse. The first use might be useful, but after that, you will have progressed into the game where you don't need any more loot.
Lifeline in her entirety needs to be remade.

She is still very viable and useful. Being res by her and being thirsted is no different then someone running up on your teammate resing you and wrecking the one who is popping the res. I guess it all depends on how she is played. But to give a good example of how good she still is i suggest watching https://www.twitch.tv/sapppynuts his videos or when he is live. This is 3rd lifeline in the world and played ways people did not think lifeline could play. Anything is possible and anything is adaptable.
