Re: Lifeline Rework

This will be too OP. Lifeline is pretty much balanced as of now. She is the third most picked legend ingame. And she is heavily picked in ranked still.

And i totally not agree that her ultimate is useless. No its not.

Now with the charge tower, this is a straight buff to Lifeline.

Lanading on Capacitor and spam Care Package is insanely powerful. You can get like 3x Purple in a no time. 

Her passive right now its perfectly okay.

On her tactical i agree - its not a good one. But the following part will be too OP.
