I'm not quite sure how that conclusion was drawn here. We certainly don't want that type of behavior to continue, and reporting that with the tools we have in place will make sure we can take the appropriate action on those accounts.

Using those reporting options sends that chat and account info directly to our team to be reviewed, so it's absolutely the best way to make sure this is addressed.

@EA_Makoyou protect them. remove the prove and do not act. You literally support their actions and refuse to help me here. you say u don´t want such behaviour, but even promote it!

The only proof we go by when taking action against an account is what our records show us.

We can see the chat and language that was used when the proper reporting options are used, which is why it's important to use the information in the link I provided earlier.

The best way to help here is to make sure the players you're discussing are actioned for that absolutely inappropriate chat.

The way to do that is with the reporting options above. If you've already used those options, I do appreciate it and we'll certainly review those reports.
