Actions when picking the same Legend

When selecting a character in ranked matches, I went to the bathroom and when I came back, the Legend I wanted to use was already taken, and a different Legend had been automatically selected. I think it probably picks the Legend I've used the most in the past, but it would be great if there was a "priority Legend" function in the settings. For example, if there's a tie, Legend A should be prioritized. Next, Legend B should be prioritized, and if that's also taken, Legend C should be prioritized. If that were the case, it would be the perfect game.
