@MK_Rwai7y got say that this explains a lot... am from the EU and live about 1500 Km away from London if you are matchmade to my serve ther will be lag for sure.....
You do have servers closer to you like belgium but it wont help much you are just 2 far away from any server( if i complain about lag you must have a really bad ingame experience)
