@TheApexLegendNubreally? it's standard, the only thing you can't do in every other FPS is to slide, other then that.
I can't remember one game where you can't strafe from one side to another.
In Apex you may strafe faster then in other games, well maybe not as fast as in comparison to DOOM but its somewhere there.

and about punching damage.
It's like two shots to the body one punch to the head 😃 -> and you are dead, at least at the beginning of a round...
I like to finish someone of with a punch. Liked it most when they jump in front of me to avoid the shots, but no matter how high you jump you can't escape my fist 🥳
