@fractured-29 That's because the platform you're on cannot pull up the user's profile. This happens when you're on Origin, trying to pull up a Steam user's profile, (or even a console player's), if you're on Steam trying to pull up anyone's profile (since that report goes through the Origin application or EA Desktop), and if you're on console, you can only really see the profile pages of those who also play on the same platform (PS, Switch, or Xbox).
EA/Respawn hasn't made anything "cross-platform", besides clubs. This means that you pretty much can only access profiles that are using the same platform as you. Which is frusterating when I (an Origin player) go to report console or Steam users for cheating or being rude, because my only option is to sign into Steam or Xbox/PS/Switch, and report the user there, which is basically outside the game and is the same thing as tattle telling on your sibling to someone else's parents, like what they're gunna do? Talk to yours?
I just wish there's one "account" for all of Apex, meaning no matter what platform you're on, you have the same username and stats, items, etc. and if someone on any platform reports you, it pulls up your main account's profile that goes through the game and not through each platform's report systems.
