Sorry to hear you ran across this in-game. This is not something we're able to address via the forums, so I've removed the attachment showing player names and the inappropriate chat.

Aside from your efforts to report this already, you can use this reporting tool under the Other Options > EA Help section to try resubmitting this report with any additional details to have our Terms of Service team take another look. 

Thanks for your efforts to bring this type of behavior to our attention!

    Mako, thank you for your reply. 

    I already reported in game, EA said it was nothing. I tried to report through the ea app, theres no option to report by hate speech. 

    I'm trying to do this through this forum as a last resort because it seems EA just don't care for casual racism. What should I do? These behaviours are common and I have many clipped in my stream VODs, but there is no apparent solution

    Hey @TTV_Guipinheeiro,

    The other option we have would be to use the steps mentioned in my above post.

    These steps cover a separate option not in-game or through the EA app and allow you to just fill out a form and link any additional information you may want to add.

    EA never did nothing. I tried all methods and there was just dismissal. This matter was never resolved

    I wish this was the only issue apex is having. This is trivial compared to what EA is going through right now. You have to realize they just laid off some-800 more employees in March. Apex is heading in the same direction as titanfall. I promise you, by quitting the game now, itll save you many headaches. I just love coming back to these forums occasionally and seeing people vent about the same issues. Pure entertainment.
