Re: Support not responding

@EA_Aljo I wouldnt be on the forums is the dispute worked. Have you spoken with anyone about this? It would be a massive help if you could speak on our behave seeing as you are a community manager. This issue needs addressing.

    So I still havent gotten any resolution after 3 months of trying with TOS. So guys if you are also having the same issue I got the EA e-mail and address. I urge you to write them so they know there is an issue going on. Clearly the community managers/advisors and TOS dont care about helping its customers. So we have to go the next step. I have already e-mailed and sent a letter. Dont lose your account for no reason.

    EA email: Cant put their e-mail but just google it
    EA address: Electronic Arts Inc. Privacy Policy Administrator 209 Redwood Shores Parkway Redwood City, CA 94065 United States

    I'm very sorry, but I can't help with this. You'll need to contact an advisor to get an update on your dispute. You can try opening a case with an advisor here. You can also message @EAHelp through Twitter or go to facebook.com/eahelphub to reach our support team through Facebook.

  • 3 months without help? really? that really hurts, this hacker problems are really big, the help.ea.com chat says i need to post my problem here, and here they say i need to contact help.ea.com? i have this same problem, this is so bad, why just dont remember the hardware of the players or something for identify them, because i really dont think verification codes are working, the hackers are just ruining this.. but EA is not responding to this problem..

    @AMERICA2522

    That's a fake help site. Our official support is @EAHelp. Not the one you're communicating with in that screenshot. That account has also been suspended. For future reference, our official EA Help account on Twitter is here.

    If you're not receiving the verification code, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you.

    The reason many accounts get hacked is that 2-factor authentication is not enabled. This significantly raises the security of your account so it's highly suggested this be enabled.
