Re: The Apex legends community is extremely cancerous and disappointing.

Hey i saw some replies insinuating that i'm getting abandoned in games because i'm either bad or have a bad banner and that's simply incorrect. While i'm not as good as shroud i can hold my own weight and have a nice banner to show for it. Mainely i had a level 100 badge displayed during most of these instances alongside an apex elite win badge at level 2 (so 5 apex elite wins) and the double duty badge (though sometimes i'll display the triple triple or the well rounded badge.) So the thought of them dumping me because i'm bad is not a plausible reason in my case. Furthermore i'd like to thank everyone who replied with a way to try and fix the problem. I originally made that post after getting dumped two games back to back and i got really frustrated. So coming back to look at the situation with a cleared mind i'm really thankful for the people saying just ignore them. (which i know is pretty obvious but i'm not really a fan of just leaving a game no matter what, so seeing validation for this concept really let me see how easily my problem can be avoided.)

I think it just comes down to how much people think you are playing their game, people get carried away with their own agenda while playing. It's just a lack of tolerance and people have a tendency to leave a game before they've even thought properly about it. It's just seconds nature for them to leave at the start of the game if they get downed.
