@imxiaoxiaozhuangMaking sure you bought them on steam and are logging in on steam? Because if you bought coins on steam and then went to origin or xbox/playstation you won’t be able to recieve the coins when you log in

Like I bought coins on Origin because I didn’t know what they meant by steam wallet so I had to redownload apex on origin to get the coins...
